Annapurna Base Camp Trek

Description

Annapurna Base Camp trek is one of the classic trails in the famed Annapurna Region. Our 14-day Annapurna Base Camp trek offers guests an easy walking journey into the Annapurna Sanctuary, a natural enclosure created by the Himalayas including Annapurna I (8,091 m) and Dhaulagiri I (8167m).
Along the trail, guests will be rewarded with gorgeous mountain views, colorful forests of oak and bamboo and rare sights of wildlife.  The final destination is the majestic Annapurna Base Camp at an altitude of 4200m.
This isolated collection of peaks can only be approached by one route, a deep gorge that carves into the fortress of mountains between Machhapuchhre and Hiunchuli. Many of the peaks are over 7000m including the famous twin-peaked Machhapuchhre, as well as Annapurna I and III, Annapurna South, Gangapurna and Glacier Dome.
The ABC Trek can be organized at varying times of the year and at different durations, with the 14-day itinerary the most appropriate one as it is designed to include all of the best attractions.
