Ghorepani Poon Hill Trekking

Description

The Ghorepani Poon Hill trek offers great value for those who have less time and wish to see both the Annapurna Range and Dhaulagiri Range. Reaching a maximum altitude of 3210m is a relatively easy trek that individuals with a normal level of fitness can undertake. The view from Poon Hill is considered the best viewpoint in the Annapurna region.

Starting from Kathmandu city by observing old temples and monuments, visitors will take a scenic drive to Pokhara and then to Nayapul to commence the trek. Guests will then travel through Gurung villages and rhododendron forests, observe local culture and food and catch the sight of the Himalayas before reaching the final viewpoint on Poon Hill. After seeing the breathtaking sunrise over Annapurna and Dhaulagiri, guests will have memories that last a lifetime.
